Dylan & Natalie’s wedding was perfect. It was an intimate backyard wedding at Dylan’s parents’ home in the Mat-Su Valley, with just family and a few close friends. When I walked to the field where the ceremony took place and saw the tent, I was struck by the perfect simplicity of it all. I love that Dylan & Natalie knew how they wanted to celebrate, knew what was the right kind of wedding for them and they just went for it. So often I think weddings are done in a certain way because of some kind of preconceived notion of how things ‘should’ be. I want to encourage people to put some cracks into that notion of ‘should’ when it comes to their wedding. Dream big! Think outside the box. Do you.
Natalie’s gorgeous gown came from Bateau Bridal Boutique – if you’re looking for the perfect dress you need to make an appointment! {No, you don’t have to fly to Seattle or New York or California to find a stunning gown, you can get exactly what you want right here in Anchorage!}
