Whittier…again with the gorgeous lord of the rings level beauty!! (Besides the first half of the Hobbit I’ve never even seen those movies, by the way. But still…this is what I imagine based on my brief LOTR experience.)
I truly can not get enough if this stunning place and hope to shoot here again and again. I am always so thrilled to work with people who are up for a little hiking. I’ll admit, sometimes when I work with couples from outside of Alaska I’m skeptical that they *actually* want do do a hike like this before their shoot. My worry is that we’ll get half way up and realize that this wasn’t quite what they had in mind, so I try to be very clear when setting people’s expectations. I shouldn’t have been worried with these two though, they were all about the journey. Corey & Brittany were on vacation here and decided to schedule portraits at the end of their visit. I love this idea, selfies are great and everything but rarely frame-worthy. Am I right??
