Anchorage Weddings
When I arrived at Justine & Andre’s wedding venue, I walked upstairs to the bride’s getting ready area and saw five robes thoughtfully laid out on chairs. Five bridesmaid’s bouquets were set up next to them and there were five coffee drinks with each girl’s name on them. Then I went downstairs and Andre asked if I could photograph him handing out gifts to his groomsmen. They were beautifully wrapped glass decanters etched with a quote and personalized for each groomsmen. I’ve probably never seen such intentionality taken with the care for the bridesmaids and groomsmen, it was pretty clear that these two wanted their people to feel loved. How thoughtful of Justine & Andre to take time thinking of others on their wedding day…that speaks volumes to me about who these two are and what is important to them.
