I love this time of year, leaves falling, pumpkins, apple cider, Canadian Thanksgiving, and family portraits! People are starting to think of Christmas cards and gifts…or in this case celebrating a birthday – Roxy is turning one soon! I had a great time walking though the neighborhoods near Lincoln Square with this family.
It worked out great that Roxy was pretty fascinated by the click of my shutter, it wasn’t too tricky to get her looking right at me.That is, until we introduced leaves into the picture…she loved those too.Darling.Roxy is super curious…and everything goes right in the mouth! I think her mom and dad have to keep a close watch on this one. She had her eye on a dandelion stem in this one.
Kyla & Alex told me that they didn’t have engagement photos taken and had quite a small wedding, so the wedding photographer in me couldn’t let the shoot end without at least a couple cute shots of the two of them.I love diaper shots.Ooh!! Lovin’ life, naked in the park… This might be my favorite shot, Roxy had so many cute little expressions and is quite a chatterbox…I feel like this captures a bit of her personality.Kyla, Alex & Roxy…it was a pleasure meeting you! See you in a month at Tana & Joe’s wedding!
