Sometimes things fall across your path and you just have to pick them up and run with them. Several months ago I was approached by Tara, the owner of Fabulous Frocks Anchorage about photographing an amazing styled shoot, the brainchild of she and Rebecca of La Boum Events. When I heard the words Williwaw & Lauren Roberts…lets just say I couldn’t opt in fast enough. I had a sense that this would be something special. The vision for this styled shoot was to combine real emotion with gorgeous, on-trend details and to spark creativity for the potential of modern, urban Anchorage weddings.

Spoiler alert, the shoot was amazing and has grown in to something much bigger than we ever could have hoped for. Tomorrow night we invite you to celebrate Valentine’s Day a little differently and experience The Alaska Wedding Collective at Williwaw in downtown Anchorage. This intimate, curated event is from 5-9pm. Lauren Roberts’ film from our shoot will be shown to an audience for the first time ever.
