Before the wedding Matt gave each of his groomsmen a unique pin – someone got the topatio man, another guy got a martini glass. When at the end of the night I got a little camera pin, I almost cried. Because, how incredibly thoughtful that they took the time to think of me with all of the other things that they had going on before their own wedding day?! That small example will give you a picture of the kind of people that these two are, and why it was such a joy to be a part of their wedding day. I loved their priorities for the day and how all of their decisions were made with intentionality. I loved the pre-ceremony cocktail hour and the private exchange of vows before the ceremony, the bits of Emily’s mom’s wedding gown incorporated in to the flowers, and that they had a married couple officiate the ceremony!
