Several weeks ago I was contacted by the lovely ladies who run La Boum Events, asking if I was available to shoot a Glacier Elopement in Juneau Alaska …via helicopter. The only answer I had to this question was “Yes!” Ever since moving back to Alaska, I’ve said that I want to photograph creative, uniquely Alaskan, adventurous couples that showcase the beauty that Alaska has to offer. Glaciers and Islands, Mountains and Villages, yes please. It wasn’t until after the booking that I learned who the bride is…Ashley Horner (now Cline!) is a fitness guru, inspiring thousands of women every year through to be their best.
