I can honestly say that I am excited about my job every single time I get to shoot a wedding. I am eight years in and still counting my blessings as I get to call this my job! All that said, there are some weddings that hit my heart on another level, that bring tears to my eyes as I’m clicking the shutter, give me goosebumps as the bride and groom share their vows. Sheri & Alex was one of these couples for me, and I am so thankful to them for asking me to be their wedding photographer. Their beautiful Homer wedding at Second Star was spectacularly beautiful, but it was just as sincere and meaningful and that is so important! It was such a gift that the sunshine poured down just before the ceremony, and even the tide rolled out in time for us to do wedding party photos on the beach.
